 Nia classes are designed to take you on a sensory filled journey of movement and healing enhanced by soul stirring world music…….. a good way to describe it to others…

NOTL CLASSES 2019: Summer Classes begin July 4th and 8th

Mondays:    6:30 – 7:30 p.m. weekly Classic Nia.

Thursdays:    10 ~ 11  a.m. weekly Classic Nia

You are welcome to join any time. All classes can be drop in but many prefer to buy the session for a discount.

Prices:    An 8 class pass is $112.00.  That would cover all classes                      in July

                  Single classes are $15.00

                  First class for New to Nia people ~ Free

Wednesdays: monthly Nia Playshop    Please keep posted as I am very excited to be offering some playshops in my new Yurt These are opportunities to get to know the Nia routines more intimately, the 52 moves, the 9 Movement forms, and much much more. I have so many new ideas of how we can keep our bodies fit while having a lot of fun with holistic movement, sounding, playing,  connecting………through all the possibilities of our Nia practice
