First ever Nia Jam, dinner and wine at Stone Church Winery in Niagara-On-The-Lake, Ontario. Join us on May 5th from 5 – 9 p.m. for 1 1/2 hours of dancing with Didi and visiting guest teachers, plus a great meal and complementary wine. All this for only $25.00. Playshops
Niagara-On-The-Lake
The first Wednesday of each month, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. starting February 1st, 2012. These Playshops (Workshops) are designed for more in depth understanding of Nia. February 1st is going to be an incredible beginning to the year. We will be dancing with the DVD of the newest routine created at Headquarters in Portland Oregon. It is called Birth, and is choreographed by 2 of the top Nia trainers plus Debbie Rosas, co-founder of Nia. They are backed by several students. Ths music is great; it is very professional and impressive. Join us as we dance together with these amazing trainers and students.
March 1st will focus on Unplugged, a great drums only routine with Carlos and Debbie, co-creators of Nia
April 1st will focus on the routine Sexi featuring Carlos Rosas
May 1st will bring back Unplugged which was so popular.
Throughout the next several months we will be working with the 9 Movement Forms, Theatre Nia, the 52 moves and some new ideas about to be announced. This is a great opportunity to hone your Nia skills and offer your body more conditioning.
