The beauty of living at this time is that even small actions have a powerful ripple effect, and the reverberations of what we do have the power to reach and open many minds. To me, this is also the power of Nia

As you know, the Nia classes are designed to take you on a sensory filled journey of movement and healing enhanced by soul stirring world music…….. a good way to describe it to others…
‘We are interested in cultivating love, relationship, connection and joy beginning with our body. We do creative movement, work to develop ourselves as conscious aware people’

These are opportunities to get to know the Nia routines more intimately, the 52 moves, the 9 Movement forms, and much much more.
